Who operates RACAI

RACAI is a trading/brand name operated by Ishai Chertkoff in Portugal.

Ishai Chertkoff is the operator of this website and the data controller for inquiries received under the RACAI brand. For privacy or inquiry questions, contact hello@rac-ai.com.

Information you enter

The inquiry asks for your name, business, email, optional website, role, starting point and a short description of your business needs. These details let you introduce the opportunity and give RACAI context for a conversation.

Please do not include confidential client details or other sensitive information.

Before you send

The website keeps your entries in the current page while you move between steps. It does not submit them to a server, save them to a site database or use browser storage to retain them.

Opening an email draft passes the details to the email application you choose. Copying puts the selected text on your device’s clipboard. Downloading saves a text file to your device. Those copies are then under your control.

When you send an email

RACAI receives your inquiry only when you send it through your email service. Your email provider and the receiving email provider process the message under their own terms and privacy practices.

The information in your email is used to understand your inquiry, respond and discuss a possible engagement. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to a mailing list or commit you to a service.

How long inquiries are kept

Unsuccessful inquiries are retained for 90 days after the last meaningful contact, then deleted or anonymized unless a legitimate legal or accounting obligation requires longer retention.

This retention policy applies to inquiries received by email. Entries in the website’s inquiry builder are not saved by this site.

Cookies & privacy choices

Hosting security may use necessary cookies and technical request information to protect and deliver this site. Fonts and visual assets are served with the site. Your privacy choice is stored on this browser for up to 180 days, with its time and policy version, so we can respect it. It is not an advertising identifier.

Optional measurement is off by default. Accept all, Reject all or Customize your choice in the privacy panel. Use Privacy choices on every page to change or withdraw it. The site and inquiry builder work if you reject. Withdrawal stops future optional measurement; it does not undo processing that already occurred lawfully. Changing an active choice reloads the page, so copy any unfinished inquiry first.

Optional visit analytics

With your analytics consent, Google Analytics measures page visits, predefined navigation and Blueprint steps, and registered campaign categories. It may use pseudonymous browser/session identifiers, device information and approximate geography. We do not send your form entries, email address, name, business, free-text content or arbitrary URL parameters as events. Advertising signals, advertising personalization and cross-service user identification are not enabled. Granular location and device collection, Google Signals, user-provided data and enhanced measurement are disabled.

We configure our Analytics cookies for 60 days without refresh. User and event data retention is set to two months without renewal on new activity; aggregate reports may be retained longer. See Google privacy information.

Optional interaction recordings

With separate recording consent, Microsoft Clarity captures masked interactions such as clicks and scrolling on public pages. The homepage project brief and Blueprint page are excluded from recording, and page text is masked. We do not use recordings to identify you or collect inquiry content. Microsoft also processes service data under its privacy statement, including to improve its products. Strict masking is enabled. Microsoft documents a 30-day playback retention period and nine months for click/heatmap data and labeled or favorited sessions. We do not label or favorite visitor recordings to extend retention. Clarity may use pseudonymous cookies to connect pages in a session; it does not receive an identity supplied by RACAI. See Clarity retention details. See Microsoft privacy information.

Measurement limits and your rights

Opening an email draft is an email handoff, not proof of submission, delivery, a booked meeting or a sale. A visit is not an identified person. Rejected consent, browser blocking and leaving a page can make reports incomplete. Confirmed inquiries are recorded separately from website events.

Consent is the basis for optional analytics and recordings. Google and Microsoft may process information outside the EEA under their applicable transfer safeguards. Advertising consent remains denied for both providers. You can ask for access, correction, deletion or restriction of your inquiry data, object where applicable, and complain to your supervisory authority, including Portugal's CNPD.
